Every commission created through IndigoVeil is written with care, atmosphere, and emotional precision. These are not mass-made pieces. They are intimate works shaped for the person, memory, or feeling they are meant to honor.
Whether the poem is a gift, a keepsake, a tribute, a love piece, or a deeply personal soul-story, the intention remains the same: to create something haunting, beautiful, and deeply felt.

Please make sure you select the correct commission tier when sending payment. For Premium Tier commissions, the first payment is the required non-refundable deposit to begin.

- Full narrative or layered poetic experience

Poem Printed Alongside Artwork — $500
- Written specifically to accompany a painting or visual art piece
- Length usually 25–50 lines
- Designed to complement the artwork’s story and emotion
- Ideal for collectors, gifts, and meaningful display pieces
Personal Custom Poem — Premium Tier — $1,000
- Deeply personal, story-driven commission
- Usually 60–120+ lines
- Built from the client’s experiences, memories, or relationship story
- Highest level of creative investment and emotional depth
- Payment terms: $500 upfront to begin the commission
- The upfront $500 is non-refundable
- The remaining $500 is due in full when the poem is completed by the author
Before You Send Payment
What to include in your payment note
When sending payment through PayPal or Cash App, please include the name of the offering you are choosing in the note box.
Please also include a clear and detailed description of what you want your poem to be centered around — the memory, person, feeling, relationship, or story you want the piece to hold.
Please include where you would like your finished poem to be sent: Instagram, Discord, or Email.
If you choose Instagram, please include your exact @handle. If you choose Discord, please include your exact Discord handle. If you choose Email, please include the correct email address you would like your poem sent to.
The more thoughtful and specific your note is, the easier it is for the author to fully understand your vision and create something deeply personal, accurate, and meaningful.
If you would like your commissioned poem to be considered for anonymous feature on IndigoVeil, please include that permission in your PayPal or Cash App note. This is completely optional, and no commissioned piece will ever be shared publicly without your clear consent. If you are comfortable with this, you may write: “I give permission for this poem to be anonymously featured on IndigoVeil.”

Important commission notice
All poems written by IndigoVeil, whether already created or commissioned in the future, remain the intellectual property and copyrighted work of the author.
A commissioned poem is created as a personalized, dedicated piece for the customer it was written for, but ownership of all writing rights remains with the author.
By purchasing a commission, the customer is purchasing a custom-written poem dedicated to them or their intended recipient — not full copyright ownership, resale rights, or authorship rights.
IndigoVeil reserves the right to protect, archive, and claim authorship of all poems created through this commission space.
